Kristin Martin

Kristin Martin has extensive work experience in the camp industry. Kristin began their career in 1993 at Camps Awosting and Chinqueka, where they served as the Director and VP for over two decades. In 2016, they became the Executive Director of YMCA of Florida's First Coast Camp Immokalee. After that, they served as the Director of North Campus Operations/Asst. Residential Director at Lexington Christian Academy in 2018. In 2020, Kristin worked as the Summer Camp & Program Director at Camp Washington, before joining Ebner Camps, Inc. as the Managing Director in 2020. Presently, they hold the position of President and CEO at Ebner Camps Inc. Additionally, Kristin has been self-employed since 2019 as a Summer Camp Consultant, providing expertise in ACA accreditation, aquatics and risk management, program design and implementation, and coaching and mentoring new directors and staff.

Kristin Martin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from Charter Oak State College in the years 2006 to 2010. Afterward, they pursued a Master of Education degree in Education at Ashford University from 2010 to 2012.
