Pieter Linster

Pieter Linster began their work experience in 1996 as an R&D Development Engineer at Barco. In this role, they were responsible for designing and developing electronic sub-assemblies for Rugged LCD Displays. Their skills included analog and digital electronics, as well as switched mode power supplies.

Pieter then transitioned to the role of Product Specialist, where they were responsible for sales engineering for Rugged Display products. This included customer demos and visits, as well as translating customer requirements to R&D.

From there, Linster took on the role of System Engineer - VTS Radar Systems at Barco, where their responsibilities included technical project management for VTS Radar Systems. This involved pre-sales tender analysis and negotiations with customers, defining the scope of delivery and associated costs, and systems engineering during deployment.

Linster's next role at Barco was as a Project Engineering Manager. In this position, they led an international team of project engineers who were responsible for systems engineering, design, and development of custom solutions. Pieter designed system architectures tailored to customer needs and developed custom software components to integrate Barco systems into customer environments.

Most recently, Linster joined e-BO Enterprises in 2019 as a Product Manager. No further details about this role were provided.

Pieter Linster holds a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Katholieke Hogeschool Brugge-Oostende.
