Mithran Naiker

Mithran Naiker has a diverse range of experience in technology leadership roles. Mithran is currently the Chief Information Officer at EBOS Group Limited, where they are responsible for leading the group technology function and creating and executing the group technology strategy. Prior to this, they were the Chief Technology Officer at Transurban, where they oversaw the architecture, data analytics, and digital teams. Mithran also served as the General Manager of Infrastructure & Service Delivery at Transurban, leading a team of 100+ across infrastructure, operations, security, networks, and cloud platforms. Before Transurban, Naiker worked at SEEK, where they held various roles including IT Director - Operations and Applications and Head of IT Operations. At SEEK, they led a team of 70+ and was responsible for developing and managing the strategic direction of IT infrastructure, operations, and applications. Mithran also managed the IT Systems, Database, Security, Operations, and Support groups as an Infrastructure Services Manager at SEEK. Prior to SEEK, Naiker worked as a Systems Engineer at Anite, where they designed, implemented, and managed IT systems for clients and internal corporate systems.
