Romie Leathem

Romie Leathem currently serves as the GM of Strategy, Architecture, and Business Engagement at EBOS Group Limited since March 2024. Prior to this role, Romie held several key positions at Defence Health Ltd from August 2017 to March 2024, including Head of Information Technology and Architecture Manager. Romie's experience also includes working at Slater and Gordon Lawyers as an Enterprise Architect and acting IT Manager, as well as roles in applications management. Earlier in the career, Romie was a Senior Consultant at MyDBA and a Senior Developer at The Salvation Army. Romie began the career as an Application Developer at the City of Whittlesea. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from the Australian Institute of Management (2014 - 2020) and a Bachelor of Computing in Software Development from Monash University (2000 - 2006).
