Muhammad Junaid is currently working at eBrands Global as a Supply Chain Logistics Manager. In this role, they have successfully onboarded new 3PL warehousing and freight partners globally. Muhammad Junaid has also been responsible for the onboarding and due diligence of Amazon brands from a supply chain perspective.

In these roles, they managed the fulfillment and distribution operations of a large number of SKUs across different Amazon markets and Thrasio fulfillment channels. Muhammad Junaid coordinated with multiple 3PLs for timely replenishments of stock, updated and reconciled inventory gaps in NetSuite, and handled coordination with freight forwarders and shipping agents for smooth delivery of shipments.

Junaid also has work experience at Daraz, where they worked as a Linehaul Specialist and a Management Intern. In the Linehaul Specialist role, they contributed to the preparations for the 11.11 event and managed the recruitment and training of new interns in the logistics team. As a Management Intern, they supported various logistics functions for the Central region facilities.

Additionally, Junaid gained work experience as a Business Analyst Intern at BASF and as a Planning Intern at the National Transmission & Dispatch Company (NTDC) in Pakistan. Muhammad Junaid also had an internship at Greenovation.PK.

Muhammad Junaid Riaz completed their Bachelor's degree in Materials Science & Engineering from Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology in the years 2016 to 2020. Prior to that, they pursued their F.Sc in Pre-Engineering from Forman Christian College (A Chartered University) from 2014 to 2016. Muhammad Junaid completed their Matriculation in Science from Divisional Public School Lahore between 2012 and 2014.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Muhammad Junaid Riaz obtained several certifications within the field of Supply Chain Management. In July 2020, they completed the "Supply Chain Management Specialization" from Rutgers Business School. Muhammad Junaid also obtained certifications in various aspects of Supply Chain Management from Rutgers University, including "Supply Chain Management Strategy", "Supply Chain Operations", "Supply Chain Planning", "Supply Chain Sourcing", and "Supply Chain Logistics", all in June 2020. Furthermore, they acquired a certification in "Data Analysis in Excel" from DataCamp in June 2020.
