Maarten P. Spaargaren

Maarten P. Spaargaren is an experienced professional with over 15 years in strategic and operational roles within the public transportation sector. Currently serving as Concession Manager at EBS Public Transportation BV since June 2022, Maarten is responsible for launching the largest zero-emission bus concession in the Netherlands. As Director and Owner of Marsco Consultancy & Interim Management since January 2015, Maarten has leveraged extensive expertise gained from previous positions, including Local Field Manager at TÜV Rheinland Group, Consulting Director at Ricardo Rail, and Managing Director at Merseyrail. Maarten holds a Master's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and has furthered education at London Business School.
