Rich Foster

Rich Foster is an experienced asset and property management professional with a diverse background spanning nearly three decades. Currently serving as Asset Manager at EBSCO Industries, Inc. since March 2023, Rich previously held key leadership roles at RangeWater Real Estate, including Director of Property Management and Senior Regional Director, earning accolades such as the 2019 RRAA Regional Property Manager of the Year and 2016 AAGO Regional Property Manager of the Year. Rich has also contributed to sales and revenue growth in roles at CoStar Group and Classified Ventures, demonstrating a strong ability to mentor teams and manage complex portfolios.
