Sutharsan Sivamoganathan

Sutharsan Sivamoganathan is a Senior Engineer in Cybersecurity at eBuilder since June 2023, and a Visiting Lecturer and Research Supervisor at the Informatics Institute of Technology since November 2022. Previously, Sutharsan held the position of Lead in Cloud Platforms and Information Security at Midas Safety from July 2022 to June 2023, and served as an Associate Information Security Analyst at Sri Lanka CERT|CC from July 2019 to June 2022, where responsibilities included technical security assessments and incident response. Sutharsan also worked as a Guest Lecturer at General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University in August 2021 and has experience as a Software Engineer at Bellvantage (Pvt) Ltd. Sutharsan's education includes a Master of Science in Cyber Security and Forensics from the University of Westminster and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Information Technology from General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University. Additional certifications include Cisco Certified Network Associate in Cybersecurity Operations.
