Mark Kempf

Mark Kempf has a strong background in financial auditing and management. Mark worked at KPMG Germany as an Auditor from August 2001 to September 2005, then as an Audit Manager from October 2005 to March 2006. Mark later worked at KPMG US as an Audit Manager from April 2006 to June 2007 and as an Audit Senior Manager from July 2007 to March 2008. From April 2008 to September 2014, Mark served as an Audit Senior Manager at KPMG Germany. Mark then moved to Siemens, where they held the role of CF Audit Director Financial Audit from October 2014 to February 2015. Mark had subsequent positions at Siemens, including CF Audit Partner Latin America from March 2015 to September 2017 and Partner, Controlling and Finance Audit from October 2017 to December 2019. Currently, they are the Vice President & Group Financial Officer at Avnet Electronic Components EMEA starting from January 2023.

Mark Kempf completed their education at the University of Saarland from 1996 to 2001, where they earned a degree in Business Administration called "Diplom-Kaufmann." In 2004, they obtained certification as a Tax Advisor in Germany. Mark also became a Certified Public Accountant in Germany in 2005.
