Zorana Metikos

Zorana Metikos currently serves as Teamlead Quoting Design Operations and previously held the position of Business Operations Specialist at EBV Elektronik since December 2021. Prior roles include serving as an Accounting Administrator at BVP from October 2019 to December 2021, where Zorana directed office activities and supported staff, as well as working as an Agent, managing communication and data reporting for customers across North America. Additional experience includes a role as a Car Rental Agent at Irent, overseeing company activities and maintaining compliance, and serving as a Guest Experience Leader at McDonald's, focusing on customer satisfaction. Zorana holds a Bachelor's degree in Security and Diplomacy from the Faculty of Diplomacy and Security, completed in 2021.
