Edwin Cáceres is an experienced information security professional currently serving as a member of EC-Council’s Scheme Committee Board. They have held various roles in cybersecurity, including Information Security Manager and Cybersecurity Analyst, where they focused on implementing security management systems and improving security operations. Edwin completed a Master's degree in Cybersecurity and a Bachelor's degree in Telematics Engineering, both with honors from EC-Council University and Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra, respectively. Their expertise encompasses areas such as PCI-DSS, ISO27002, SOC2, and NIST CSF.
