Isabel Ribeiro

Isabel Ribeiro is the Director at EC English Language Centres. Isabel has a background in operations management, and they have used their skills to streamline the processes at EC. Isabel has also been instrumental in developing the company's online presence and marketing campaigns.

Isabel started their career at TLC LIVE, a start-up that offered online tutoring in maths, science, and English to students aged 6-16. Isabel was responsible for setting up new systems and processes to ensure the company could function efficiently between operations and sales, as well as making sure customers had a smooth user experience.

Isabel was heavily involved in the redevelopment and redesign of TLC's learning management system and scheduling tool, which made a huge impact on making operations more efficient and giving students a better user experience. Isabel also helped run other aspects of the business, including project managing online marketing campaigns, launching new websites, and liaising with international partners.

At EC, Isabel has used their experience to help strengthen relationships with existing UK school partners and develop the company's online presence.

Isabel Ribeiro has a MSc in Coastal Zone Management and a degree in Tourism Studies with a focus in General Business Studies from Bournemouth University.
