Bersin Jones has been working in the Human Resources field for over 12 years. In 2020, they joined EC Group International as an HR Manager and Assistant Manager of Human Resources. From 2014 to 2020, they were a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and Talent Acquisition Specialist at Iplanner Inc. Prior to that, they were a Senior IT Recruiter at Ascenders Technologies from 2008 to 2014, where they handled the end to end recruitment life cycle process, was responsible for handling contractual and permanent hiring, and sourced profiles for suitable candidates.

Bersin Jones completed an MBA in Human Resource from the University of Madras in 2010. Prior to that, they attended ST.Thomas Matric Higher Secondary School.
