Dinakaran R has worked in the IT industry since 2004. Dinakaran started their career as a Project Technician at IC & SR, TeNet Group, Department of Electrical Engineering, IIT- Madras, where they were responsible for creating a test bed environment for each Major release and patch module release, and installation and configuration of BTS. In 2009, they joined Midas Communication Technologies as a Consultant, where they created a Wi-Fi test bed in Lab, installed and configured the WIFI system integrated within LightGSM system, and tested throughput, latency, jitter, and bandwidth usage from small to higher ranges with different types of test cases. In 2010, they joined EC Group International as a QA Consultant. Dinakaran then held roles as Senior Test Module Lead, Senior Test Analyst, Associate Test Analyst, and Senior Software Tester. In these roles, they selected or identified area/test cases for Automation, implemented test automation framework, handled changes and conducted regression testing, identified end-to-end scenarios and code modularity, wrote test scripts from the acceptance test plans, written automation test script for UI & regression testing, executed and maintained automated test scripts for every release, done exploratory testing, usability and compatibility testing, defined and created test strategy, test plans and test cases per requirements and design, and efficiently executed test cases across all functional areas for the application.

Dinakaran R attended the University of Madras from 2008 to 2010, where they earned a bachelor of computer application in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology. Prior to that, they attended Sri venkateswara polytechnic college, Vellore, TamilNadu, India. from 2001 to 2004, where they earned a Diploma in Electronics and Communication Engineering. In December 2020, they obtained a certification in Cypress - Modern Automation Testing from Scratch + Framework from Udemy.
