Jamie Li

Jamie Li has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. They began their career as an Accounting Intern at C & L Accounting, Inc (CPA) in 2014. In 2015, they worked as an Assurance Intern in Financial Service (Asset/Wealth Management) at EY, followed by a role as an Accounting and Administrative Officer at Bang & Olufsen. From 2016 to 2020, Jamie worked as a Senior Associate in Financial Services at EY. In 2020, they joined Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) as an Associate in the Listed Issuer Regulation, Listing Division. Currently, Jamie is an Associate Director of Corporate Finance at EC Healthcare, where they lead negotiations for mergers and acquisitions transactions and ensure compliance with Listing Rules implications.

Jamie Li completed their secondary education at Ying Wa Girls' School from 2006 to 2012. Jamie went on to pursue a bachelor's degree in Accounting and Information System Auditing at City University of Hong Kong from 2012 to 2016. In 2015, they participated in an exchange program at the University of Leeds, majoring in Business and Administration.
