Carol Baker-Wightman McMi

Carol Baker-Wightman MCMI has extensive experience in management and member engagement across various organizations. Since January 2018, Carol has served as Regional Manager for the East Midlands at ECA - Excellence in Electrotechnical and Engineering Services. Prior to this role, Carol was employed at the Chartered Management Institute as Member Engagement Manager from September 2014 to January 2018, and at the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply where Carol held the position of UK and Europe Membership Manager from September 2008 to September 2014. In this latter role, responsibilities included strategic management of the UK and Europe Networks, comprising over 200 volunteers, contributing to the Membership Strategy, and developing a SMART Membership Action Plan to enhance recruitment, retention, and revenue. Earlier experience includes a position as Relationship Executive at Exclusive Connections from December 2006 to August 2008. Educational background includes attendance at Uppingham Community College from 1973 to 1979.
