Chris Southwell

Chris Southwell has extensive experience in operations and management, currently serving as Director of Operations and General Manager at Elmleigh since February 2016. Additionally, Chris holds the position of Board Member at Certsure LLP since July 2024 and has been actively involved with the ECA - Excellence in Electrotechnical and Engineering Services, holding multiple roles including Regional Executive Committee Vice Chair and Branch Vice Chair since April 2019. Chris has also contributed as an Enterprise Adviser for The Careers & Enterprise Company since January 2020 and has served as a Trustee for SUCCESS ACADEMY TRUST from July 2020 to January 2023. Previous experience includes management consultancy roles at R & W FACILIT8 LIMITED and Gero Solutions, as well as interim management at Universal Fabrications (Coventry) Ltd. Earlier in the career, Chris worked as Operations Director at Cembre S.p.A. and held various positions at Cembre Ltd from 1995 to 2009. Educational qualifications include a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School and a B.Eng (hons) in Production Engineering from Coventry University.
