Hervé Guillou

Hervé Guillou brings over 40 years of engineering and management experience in the defence industry. His career began with DCN in Cherbourg, working on submarine propulsion. 35 years later he was appointed Chairman and CEO of the same company, since renamed Naval Group. Meanwhile, he was CEO of companies including Cassidian Cyber Security and EADS Space Transportation. He directed the HORIZON anti-air warfare frigates programme between UK, Italy and France. Hervé Guillou graduated from Ecole Polytechnique, ENSTA, INSTN and INSEAD with degrees in engineering and a focus on shipbuilding.
