James Schultz

James Schultz has over 30 years of work experience in a variety of industries. James served as Vice President, Customer Solutions at ECA Medical Instruments, where they positioned the company as a leader in designing and manufacturing precision torque-limiting instruments and surgical kits for the medical device implant industry. Prior to that, they were Vice President, Sales & Marketing at PBS Biotech, where they established the company as a next-generation single-use bioreactor company in the global biotech/pharma market.

Schultz also has experience as President/CEO/Chairman of Red Rocket, Inc., where they executed an MBO purchase, turned the company to profitability, and won a Quality Excellence Award. James was also an Executive Vice President & General Manager at Jabil, Vice President at MSC Software, Vice President of Sales & Marketing and Corporate Development at EOS Corporation, and Vice President at Whittaker Corporation.

Schultz's earlier experience includes co-founding and serving as President of North America & European Operations at Peninsula International Trading, as well as being Editor-in-Chief & Publisher at Defense Electronics magazine. James also holds certifications from the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) and PADI (Professional Association of Diving Instructors). James obtained the IEEE certification in June 2016 and the PADI certification in August 2010.
