Tiffany Grace

Tiffany Grace (Robicheau) has extensive work experience in the renewable energy industry. Tiffany currently holds the position of Director, Development Operations at ECA Solar since August 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Development Operations Manager at Cypress Creek Renewables from November 2022 to July 2023.

From November 2021 to November 2022, Tiffany worked as the Director of Interconnection at NextGrid Inc. Tiffany also held the role of Sr. Manager, Interconnection at NextGrid Inc. from June 2020 to November 2021.

Before joining NextGrid Inc., Tiffany worked at Borrego Solar Systems in various positions. Tiffany was an Interconnection Program Manager from March 2020 to June 2020 and an Interconnection Project Manager from May 2019 to March 2020. Additionally, they served as an Engineering Coordinator from September 2017 to April 2019 and as an O&M Logistics Manager from September 2015 to September 2017.

Earlier in their career, Tiffany worked at Homeyer Consulting Services, Inc. as an Administrative Supervisor from December 2012 to September 2015. Tiffany also had an earlier role at the same company as an Administrative Associate from June 2011 to December 2012.

Tiffany's professional journey began as an Assistant Store Manager at NAMCO from June 2010 to June 2011.

Tiffany Grace (Robicheau) attended Methuen High School for their secondary education. Tiffany then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management at the UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics.
