Tonci Milat

Tonci Milat currently serves as the Sr. Manager of IWS at Reynolds American Inc. since September 2023. Prior to this role, Tonci held various positions at BAT from April 2011 to September 2023, including Global Manufacturing Systems Manager, IWS Manager, IWS Process Lead Coach, Cell Manager, Process Engineer, and Automation Engineer. Responsibilities included managing manufacturing assets automation, leading efforts in KPI benchmarking, standardization, and digital solutions along with OT cybersecurity initiatives. Tonci also focused on implementing Integrated Working Systems principles, leading loss elimination initiatives, and overseeing projects related to tobacco waste and wrapping materials. Tonci holds a Master of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from FER, completed in 2011.
