Shak Tiwari

Shak Tiwari is the CTO at ECAL. Shak was previously the CTO and co-founder at Pulse iD, where they were responsible for driving the technical strategy, solution design, software development, support and project implementations of the core platform. Shak also supported the business with product roadmaps, presales, commercial strategies and Series-A funding. Prior to that, they were the CTO and co-founder at Proximiti, where they were responsible for the technical strategy, solution design, software development and implementation of the Proximiti platform.

Shak Tiwari has a Master of Business Systems from Monash University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Rani Durgavati University. Shak also has certification from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in ITIL V3 Intermediate Certificate Operational Support & Analysis and ITIL V3 Intermediate Certificate Service Offerings & Agreements. Shak also has certification from EXIN in ITIL V3 Foundation and AxisAgile in Scrum Master Certified (SMC).

They work with Jarad Morrison - Head of Content & Production, Vicha Supriyanto - Customer Success Manager, and Candice Pettit - Customer Success Manager. Their manager is Patrick Barrett, Founder & CEO.
