Andy Filimaua

Andy Filimaua has extensive experience in the insurance and claims industry, currently serving as a Claims Advisor for Major Loss and Complex cases at Vero Insurance New Zealand since June 2021. Prior to this role, Andy worked at McLarens as a Loss Adjuster and Claims Adjuster for three months in 2021. From September 2010 to October 2020, Andy held the position of Senior Claims Service Consultant at Allianz Australia Limited, where responsibilities included team coaching for NZ claims. Earlier experience includes multiple roles at AMI Insurance Company between 2003 and 2010, starting as a Customer Services Officer and advancing to Senior Customer Services Officer. Andy also gained experience as a Call Center Operator at Trade & Exchange and held various supervisory and training roles at ADT from 1997 to 2003. Educational background includes attendance at De La Salle College.
