Lais Nogueira

Lais Nogueira is an experienced environmental professional currently serving as a Técnica em Meio Ambiente at ECB - Empresa Construtora Brasil | Grupo Mota since September 2023. In this role, Lais provides environmental support for onshore and offshore operations, assists in the traceability of waste in the first decommissioning project of flexible lines, and manages the Ibama planning for onshore bases and vessels, alongside conducting basic and ongoing PEAT training. Previously, Lais held the position of Analista ambiental at INEA - Instituto Estadual do Ambiente from March 2021 to September 2023, and has experience as an Estagiária in the Environmental Licensing sector and as a volunteer within the same organization. Lais holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering from IFF - Instituto Federal Fluminense, a postgraduate specialization in Climate and Energy from UENF, and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Geography at Universidade Federal Fluminense. Additionally, Lais completed a technical degree in Chemistry at IFF.
