Prior to this, Bernier held the position of Wholesale Broker at ARC MidAtlantic, where responsibilities included placing Professional Liability and Directors and Officers insurance for Fortune 500 companies, and served as an Associate at Rawle & Henderson, focusing on high-stakes defense cases in Philadelphia County. Bernier holds a Juris Doctor degree from Widener University Schools of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies from Penn State University.
