Richard Fryer

Richard Fryer is a highly experienced Senior Program Manager in the Energy sector, currently working at ECC since October 2008. With a background in engineering and military service, Richard has held various leadership roles such as Commander and Executive Director in organizations like the Air Force Civil Engineer Support Agency and the 3rd Civil Engineer Squadron. As a Fellow and Member of the Society of American Military Engineers, Richard has been actively involved in energy-related initiatives and served as the Energy Track Chair. Throughout their career, Richard's expertise and dedication have made significant contributions to the engineering and energy fields.
