Jay Meeson

Jay Meeson is a seasoned talent acquisition professional currently serving as a Senior Group Talent Acquisition Consultant for Benefact Group and Ecclesiastical Insurance UK since May 2023. With extensive experience in recruitment, Jay previously held the position of Talent Acquisition Manager at The Marketing Practice from April 2017 to April 2023, leading a team and managing the full recruitment cycle to ensure an excellent candidate experience. Additional roles include Talent Acquisition Specialist at The Marketing Practice, Recruitment Coordinator at Newton Europe Limited, and Contracts Consultant at Brook Street, where Jay developed strong client relationships and managed various recruitment functions.
