Joana Gautier is an experienced professional in human resources, currently serving as a People Development & Projects Specialist at ECCO Shoes since March 2018, where responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, training support, and internal communication. Prior to this role, Joana worked as an HR Communications Trainee at Faurecia, engaging with universities and organizing company events. Additional experience includes teaching, being a sales assistant, and promoting products across various roles since 2016.
