Justin K Daughrity-Winther

Justin K Daughrity-Winther has extensive work experience in the footwear industry. Justin K started their career in 2004 as a Retail Manager at The Shoe Company, where they worked for 8 years. In 2013, they joined ECCO Shoes as a Golf Tech Rep before moving on to roles such as Field Sales Representative, Jr Product Manager, and Go to Market Manager. Justin K then progressed to becoming the Executive Assistant to the Executive Vice President at ECCO Shoes and later served as the Interim Director for the Women's Category. Justin K held the position of Head of Retail Excellence from 2018 to 2019, after which they became the Commercial Director until 2020. Following this, they took on the role of Managing Director for ECCO Canada until 2022. Justin K then served as the Commercial Director for ECCO Europe before assuming their current position as the Global Vice President of Brand Studio at ECCO Shoes in 2023. In addition to their work in the footwear industry, Justin also worked as an Ambassador at Union University from 2009 to 2012.
