Kamal Ghosh

Kamal Ghosh has extensive work experience in various IT leadership roles within manufacturing and supply chain operations. Kamal has served as the Global Director of Manufacturing IT and Product Technology at ECCO since 2023. Prior to that, they held positions at International Flavors & Fragrances, DuPont, Xellia Pharmaceuticals, NNIT, Actavis (Teva), Larsen & Toubro Infotech Ltd, General Mills, Pillsbury, Marico Ltd., and Carraro SpA. Throughout their career, Kamal has focused on delivering business value while managing large-scale ERP/SAP programs and leading international teams.

Kamal Ghosh has a diverse education history encompassing various fields. Kamal completed an MBA in Business Administration and Management, Business Strategy, and Financials at Henley Business School from 2008 to 2013. In 2016, they attended IMD for an Executive Program focused on Leading Business by Digital Transformation. The same year, they also obtained a Sommerskole Executive Certificate from Copenhagen Business School for Strategies for Digitizing Enterprises. In 2018, they earned a certificate in Artificial Intelligence and its implications for Business Strategy from MIT Sloan School of Management. The following year, they obtained a certificate in IoT, Digital Platforms from MIT Sloan School of Management, specializing in IoT architecture, Big data & Analytics, Wireless Networking, RFID, Networking, Security, and Robotics. In terms of their undergraduate education, they have a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Raipur, which they completed between 1995 and 1998. Adhering to continuous professional development, Kamal Ghosh also holds certifications such as Leading SAFe from SAFe in 2020, Certified Project Management Professional-PMP from PMI in 2005, and ITIL Foundation in IT Service Management from EXIN in 2007. Additionally, they obtained the Prøve i Dansk degree from IA Sprog Center, Denmark, specializing in Danish Language from 2007 to 2011.
