Krzysztof Wargocki is an experienced warehouse operations professional with a robust background spanning nearly two decades in various managerial roles at ECCO Europe and Tesco Polska. Currently serving as Warehouse Operations Manager at ECCO Europe since November 2021, Krzysztof has developed and implemented long-term performance plans, managed budgets, optimized operational efficiency, and played a vital role in financial analysis and reporting. Previous positions include Operations Warehouse Manager and Systems and Administration Manager at Tesco Polska, where Krzysztof led teams, oversaw IT systems, and enhanced processes utilizing lean six sigma methodologies.
