Kuba Madej

Kuba Madej is an experienced finance and performance professional currently serving as the Global Process Owner Lead at ECCO since April 2023. Prior to this role, Kuba held various positions at Deloitte from October 2021 to March 2023, including Manager and Senior Consultant in Finance & Performance. Previous experience includes Finance Controller at ECCO Europe, Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Manager at IC Group A/S, and Senior C2C Accountant at Colgate-Palmolive. Kuba began the career at Accenture as a Credit Controller. Education includes a Master’s degree in Psychology in Management from Kozminski University, ongoing since 2015, and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Linguistics from the University of Warsaw, completed in 2013.
