Rachael Parrott

Rachael Parrott is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and employer branding, currently serving as the Global TA Projects Lead at Hempel A/S since May 2025. Previously, Rachael held multiple leadership roles at Zühlke Group from March 2022 to May 2025, including Global Head of Employer Branding and TA Projects, Global Head of TA Projects and Executive Hires, and Head of Recruitment UK. Rachael's experience also includes a role as Resourcing Partner at Gazprom Energy, Senior Recruiter Multichannel at JD Sports Fashion plc, and various positions earlier in career development and account management. Rachael holds a Level 7 award in Resourcing and Talent Management from CIPD and a BA HONS in Musical Theatre from Arts Educational London.
