Marcia Carniel

Marcia Carniel is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in employee operations and organizational development. Currently serving as a Senior People Operations Coordinator at ECCO since March 2019, Marcia manages various employee lifecycle processes, supports global mobility initiatives, and collaborates with HR leadership on performance and compensation reviews.
