Nanang M. Setiono Aji

Nanang M. Setiono Aji is a seasoned IT professional with over 13 years of experience in various roles within the IT sector. Currently serving as a Senior IT Operation Specialist at ECCO Shoes since March 2010, Nanang has progressed through several positions, contributing significantly to the Global IT Team by providing first-level support for users, particularly in the Asia Pacific region. Responsibilities include handling IT systems, hardware, software, networking, security, and infrastructure, along with managing local site technical support tasks such as asset management, data backup, and application development. Previously, Nanang worked as an IT Staff at Meiji Indonesia, where responsibilities encompassed the installation and configuration of IT systems and troubleshooting network issues. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from STIKOM Surabaya and a Senior High degree in Informatics from SMK Telkom Sandhy Putra Malang.
