Nicolai Mifsud is a seasoned professional in technical development and research within the sports and footwear industries, currently serving as the Head of Technical Development of R&D at ECCO Shoes since September 2014. With a background as a Biomechanical Engineer and experience as a Product Compliance Team Coordinator, Nicolai has effectively managed cross-functional projects and ensured compliance with industry standards. Notable achievements include founding the Aalborg Triathlon and developing a portable measurement system at 3D Tech Lab to enhance sports performance analysis.
