Susana Gomez Albarello

Susana Gomez Albarello has held a variety of roles in the Human Resources field since 2012. Susana began their career as an Especialista de RRHH at Consultoría Colombiana S.A. in 2012. In 2017, they moved to Grupo Blc as a Técnico de RRHH - Selección y Desarrollo de Carrera. Susana also held the role of Formación y Desarrollo at Accenture España in 2018, and RRHH Especialista de Personas y Organización (Sustitución por maternidad) at Ecoembes in the same year. In 2019, they held two roles simultaneously: HRBP (Sustitución por maternidad) at AXA Partners, and Especialista Personas & Organización at Bravent. Susana is currently Head of HR & Country Manager Colombia at eccocar, a role they have held since 2017.

Susana Gomez Albarello obtained their degree in Psicología from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana between 2005 and 2011. Susana then went on to pursue a Maestría in Psicología del Trabajo, de las Organizaciones, y Gestión de Recursos Humanos at Universidad Complutense de Madrid between 2016 and 2017. Additionally, they hold a certification as an Auditora Interna en Norma S.A. 8000 por SGS from S.G.S.
