Joe Bolognue has worked in various roles in the corporate world since 2010. From 2010 to 2011, they were the Director of Online Sales at GES, where they were responsible for strategic planning, development and implementation of digital marketing strategies. In 2011, they moved to Eccotemp to become the Director of North American Operations, overseeing and managing all operational functions in the US, Canada, Mexico and South America. In 2016, they were promoted to CEO and General Manager at Eccotemp, where they were responsible for providing strategic leadership and developing global supplier relationships, as well as formulating and administering company policies, directing and coordinating retail and wholesale activities, and reviewing analyses of activities, costs, operations and forecast data.

Joe Bolognue has completed two courses of study at The University of Akron. Joe has obtained a Real Estate License and a Marketing/Marketing Management certification.
