Shanna Williams is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management and sales within the security and communications industry. Since October 2014, Shanna has served as a Commercial Account Manager at ECD Systems Arizona, demonstrating strong expertise in client relations and commercial solutions. Prior to this role, Shanna held the position of Enterprise Solutions Consultant and also worked in Residential Sales at Safeguard Security & Communications from May 2010 to September 2014. Shanna holds a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies in Psychology and Education from Arizona State University, earned between 2002 and 2006.
