Vaibhav Rohal

Vaibhav Rohal began their career as a Sales and Application Engineer at HOM Automation Pvt. Ltd in 2005. In 2006, they joined Elektroweld Automation India (P) Ltd as a Sales and Service Engineer. Vaibhav was then promoted to Sales Engineer and later Sales and Service Engineer.

In 2007, Vaibhav joined Kone Elevators India P. Ltd as an Engineer-Sales, where they successfully developed a new market and branch in Uttaranchal. Vaibhav took the company from zero to the first position, despite the challenge of being associated with a similar name electrical company. Vaibhav worked in this role until 2010.

During their time at Schindler, Vaibhav also worked for the Schindler Elevator Corporation (U.S.) as a Sales Manager (Key Accounts), where they developed the new market of Uttrakhand from scratch. Vaibhav helped the company become the top player in the market and remained with the company until 2015.

In 2015, Vaibhav joined ECE Industries Ltd (A BK Birla group of companies) as a Branch Head and Area Manager in Uttarakhand. Vaibhav enjoyed the challenges of working for a small organization in the Indian market.

Most recently, Vaibhav attended the Indian Institute of Management Kashipur, where they obtained a PGDM degree in Business Management from 2016 to 2019.
