Dhiraj Chandra Verma

Dhiraj Chandra Verma is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience in branch management and customer service. Currently serving as Cluster Head for Branch Banking at AU Small Finance Bank since April 2021, Dhiraj has previously held significant roles including Deputy Vice President and Branch Head at IndusInd Bank from January 2019 to April 2021, and Branch Manager at both Kotak Mahindra Bank and IndusInd Bank. Earlier career stages include managerial positions at HDFC Bank and roles in customer service at Thomas Cook and Barista Coffee Company. Dhiraj holds a B.Sc in Hotel Management from the Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology & Applied Nutrition, Goa, and an MBA in Business Administration from Alagappa University.
