Christophe ALAUX

Christophe ALAUX has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various industries and positions. Christophe is currently serving as the Group Chairman & CEO of ECF Group, a leading retailer & non-food specialist. Prior to this, they held the role of CEO at CAXKAPITAL and served as a Business Angel and Supervisory Board member at Spotern.

In the hospitality sector, ALAUX held multiple executive positions at AccorHotels, including CEO North & Central America and Caribbean, CEO France (HotelServices), COO Mercure & MGallery, and Managing Director Accor Hospitality France.

Christophe also worked at Carrefour in different capacities, such as COO Carrefour Taiwan / SVP Carrefour Shanghai & Zhejiang, Hypermarket GM, and EVP Organisation, IT, and Supply Chain.

Christophe Alaux completed their education at several institutions. In 1981 to 1986, they attended Lycée Michel-Montaigne Bordeaux, where they obtained their Baccalauréat with a focus on Hypohkâgne et Khâgne. From 1987 to 1990, they studied at Sciences Po and earned a degree in IEP Paris - Service Public. In 1990 to 1991, they continued their education at Sciences Po and completed a DESS Gestion. Lastly, in 2014, they attended Harvard Business School for the Advanced Management Program (AMP).
