Jared Langus

Jared Langus has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of mergers and acquisitions and strategic advisory. Jared is currently serving as a Partner and the M&A Practice Leader at ECG Management Consultants since May 2021. Prior to this role, they worked as a Hospital Executive, Strategy & M&A at Cedars-Sinai from 2016 to 2021, where they led M&A and advised on strategic transactions within the health system.

Before joining Cedars-Sinai, Jared held the position of Vice President at Hammond Hanlon Camp LLC (H2C) from 2014 to 2016. At H2C, they provided strategic and financial advisory services to hospital and health system clients in areas such as M&A, valuation, and general transaction advisory.

From 2008 to 2014, Jared worked as a Vice President at Kaufman Hall, a management consulting firm. In this role, they provided M&A, strategic advisory, and general transaction advisory and strategy services to hospital and health system clients.

Jared's earlier work experience includes roles such as an Associate at Houlihan Lokey, where they were involved in drafting offering and financing memorandums, conducting financial analysis, and leading due diligence. Jared started their career as an Analyst at Credit Suisse First Boston and McKinsey & Company, where they gained valuable experience in financial analysis and consulting. Jared also worked as an FMP (Financial Management Program) at GE Capital.

Jared Langus has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus in Finance from Emory University. Jared also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Accounting and Finance from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business. Prior to their college education, Jared attended East Meadow High School and obtained a Regents Diploma. In addition, Jared has obtained the Series 79 certification from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in November 2014.
