Jessica Wells

Jessica Wells is an accomplished professional in medical education and research, currently serving as Associate Principal at ECG Management Consultants. Previously, Jessica held various leadership positions at HCA Healthcare, including Vice President of Research and Education for Graduate Medical Education, and at HCA Physician Services Group as Assistant Vice President for Education and Research. Jessica also served as Assistant Dean of Graduate Medical Education at The University of Tennessee Health Science Center, College of Medicine, and as Vice President of Medical Education and Research at Saint Thomas Health Services. Jessica holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Organizational Leadership from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Master of Science in Educational Psychology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
