Nibal Petro Henderson

Nibal Petro Henderson has a diverse work experience spanning over several years.

Starting in 2000, Nibal worked at eConception as the Vice President of Strategic Alliances and later as the Weberize Account & Project Manager.

In 2001, Nibal transitioned to HealthStream, where they served as an Account and Project Manager in the Pharmaceutical/Medical Device Division until 2002.

From 2003 to 2010, Nibal worked as an Independent Consultant, Speaker, and Community Leader at Petro Consulting.

Nibal then joined Nibal Petro Henderson, Enterprises in 2012 as a Leadership & Development Consultant and Coach, specializing in custom-built leadership programs and personal coaching.

In 2016, Nibal joined New Directions Behavioral Health as the Director of Learning and Development. Nibal'srole involved establishing the learning and development department and overseeing the development of training programs. Nibal also served as a Contract Coach and Trainer, providing coaching services and conducting workplace seminars. Nibal held this position until 2021.

Currently, Nibal is the Director of Learning and Development at ECG Management Consultants. In this role, they provide strategic consulting services to healthcare providers, assisting them in navigating challenges and achieving success.

Nibal Petro Henderson earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from Southern Methodist University. In addition to their degree, they obtained various certifications including Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Johnson County Community College in May 2018, You Lead Now from Kansas Leadership Center in November 2016, Certified Life & Business Coach from Life Coach Institute in May 2015, Certified Self-Talk Trainer from Self-Talk Institute in January 2015, and PI Talent Optimization Consultant from Talent Optimization by The Predictive Index in November 2019.
