Eric Thompson

Eric Thompson is the Co-Founder and CEO of Echelon Consulting. Eric has over 25 years of experience in the management consulting industry.

Prior to Echelon, Eric was a Database Applications Manager at A.T. Kearney from 1996 to 1997. Eric then spent three years as a Consultant at Andersen Consulting, where they focused on knowledge management. In 1992, they completed two Cooperative Education placements at IBM.

Eric has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Waterloo and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Eric Thompson graduated from Case Western Reserve University with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering and a Minor in Economics.
