Shhyam’s responsibilities include Operations, Client Servicing and Business Development. He brings over 11 years of experience in the ITeS industry from various well-known companies. He is an adept professional who during his tenure was mostly responsible for handling a Strategic Business Unit, Profit Center and Client Management. Shhyam's previous experience enables him to fully understand and execute various aspects of Project Life-cycle, Operations Management, People Management and Vendor Management.

In recognition of his exceptional client and project management of a major telecom player who is also prominent at the national level, he was awarded "Achiever of the year" by the management of one of his previous organizations.
