Franca Vitulli

Franca Vitulli is an accomplished insurance professional with over 25 years of experience, currently serving as the Director of Business Development for Quebec at Echelon Insurance since January 2003. In this role, Franca oversees the business development department, focusing on building and maintaining enduring broker relationships. Previously, Franca held several key positions at Echelon Insurance, including Manager of Underwriting for personal lines and Operations Manager for the Laval facility, where responsibilities included overseeing administration, underwriting, claims, and finance staff. Franca also played a pivotal role in establishing the claims department in Laval two decades ago. Additionally, Franca served as Past President and Vice President of the Quebec Chapter of the Canadian Insurance Claims Managers Association from 2005 to 2014. Franca’s educational background includes an FCIP in Management from the Insurance Institute of Canada and an FCIP in Commerce from Concordia University.
