Kamau Francis

Kamau Francis is a highly experienced finance professional with a diverse background in accounting, auditing, and financial management. Currently serving as Supervisor of Accounting Policy at Echelon Insurance since December 2020, Kamau previously held roles as Senior Accountant and Financial Accounts Manager at Robus Group from May 2018 to August 2020. Prior to this, Kamau worked at BDO Limited as an Audit Senior, where responsibilities included planning and executing audits for clients in various sectors, and as an Assistant Audit Supervisor at BDO Chartered Accountants, focusing on supervising and reviewing audit staff. Kamau's career began as a Chemistry teacher at Wolmer's High School for Boys. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Professional Accountancy from the University of London, a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from The University of the West Indies, and a Certificate in Financial Securities Management from the University of the Commonwealth Caribbean.
