Romesh Morales

Romesh Morales is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of HR Compliance & Reporting at CAA Club Group since June 2022, Romesh has also been the Manager of Human Resources Business Partner Services at Echelon Insurance since September 2019. Previous positions include Regional Human Resources Manager at Kerry's Place Autism Services, Interim Human Resources Manager at the Ontario Dental Association, and Human Resources Business Partner at the Ontario Pharmacists Association. Additionally, Romesh has worked in HR management and generalist roles at companies such as Great Gulf, SABIC, and SkyPlanner. An educational background includes a Master's degree in Public Policy, Administration, & Law from York University and a Bachelor in Human Resources Management. Romesh also holds a Professional Certificate in Labour Law from York University - Osgoode Hall Law School and a Certification in Business Analysis from the University of Toronto.
